We’re delighted to announce our new video, which can be viewed on our website. As well as providing a short demonstration of Disc for potential customers, it has been designed to help existing Administrators introduce the system to new users.
The 10-minute video starts with a brief overview followed by demonstrations of the Disc App and Disc Desktop on action: easy access to secure information information using the system’s Express Login; sharing Alerts about local offenders; accessing news and useful documents 24/7; accessing image galleries; submitting incident reports fast and conveniently.
The key ‘engagement tools’ within Disc are showcased too: the fully automated eNewsletter which keeps users coming back to Disc time and time again; the built-in Instant Messaging system, communicating important information straight to users as and when they need it.
“More and more we’re being asked by customers if we have anything they can provide to their own members to tell them more about Disc”, says Steve Lang, Disc’s Business Development manager. “We commissioned the new video for them – but also made it useful for people considering implementing Disc in their own communities or businesses.”
